Shipping
SHIPPING: Shipping is through USPS First Class. We will ship your package within 1 to 3 business days of receiving payment, delivery confirmation will be included upon request. We will not be held responsible for damaged or lost items. If you would like to purchase insurance your invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

Refunds and Exchanges.

Due to the vintage material and hand made nature of our bags, we try to include as many photos as we can; no refund will be given for color discrepancies or items with flaws noted in description and pictures. If you have any question, please feel free to ask. This insures you know what you are purchasing.

Runs on bags are very limited, so we can't do exchanges. Returns will be accepted within 14 days upon receipt and are for store credit only. Shipping charges and delivery confirmation for returned items will be the responsibility of the buyer.

We stand by our bags! If there are any construction problems with our bag, contact us immediately and we will fix it at no cost. We appreciate your business!

Wholesale is limited to small batches (5 to 10)
